Grant applications are submitted to the CoBiz Cares Foundation through GiveHub, a web-based platform.
You will be asked to create an account with a user name and password in GiveHub. You will have the option of saving your work and returning to the form before it's submitted. Once it's been submitted, the application cannot be edited or updated. All applicants can log back into their account to see their completed application. We encourage that you answer each grant question on a separate Word document to save the narrative and then copy and paste your answers into the online form to be submitted.
- Organizations that have received a previous CoBiz Cares Foundation grant are
not eligible to receive a grant for two years from date of the original application for which the grant was received.
- Applicants that are not funded are eligible to apply once every 12 months to the CoBiz Cares Foundation.
- Organizations that have received a Biz Bash grant are
not eligible to receive a Foundation grant for five years after receiving Biz Bash funds.
