Biz Bash
In 2001, the company created a fun, casual signature fundraising concert to benefit children and families in underserved communities in Arizona and Colorado. Since its inception the Biz Bash has raised more than $5 million for organizations like Hope House of Colorado, Florence Crittenton Services, Ryan House and many more. CoBiz Cares Foundation
The CoBiz Cares Foundation combines employee donations and matching company funds to make grants to not-for-profit organizations in Colorado and Arizona. Each year, the Foundation's focus areas are selected by employees through an annual community involvement survey and grants of up to $5,000 are distributed quarterly. Since its inception in 2009, more than $1,178,950 has been granted to Arizona and Colorado not-for-profits.
