Granting Information

Grants submitted to the CoBiz Cares Foundation are submitted via a web-based platform. Click here to access the grant application.

You will be asked to create an account with a user name and password. You will have the option of saving your work and returning to the form before it's submitted. This is a new system for us, so it might be wise to answer your questions on a Word document and copy and paste your answers into this form.

Eligibility:

• Organizations that have received a previous CoBiz Cares Foundation grant are not eligible to receive a grant for two years from date of the original application for which the grant was received.
• Organizations that have received a Biz Bash grant are not eligible to receive a Foundation grant for five years after receiving Biz Bash funds.
